The communication from start to finish was outstanding. When i started the selling and buying process, my lender connected me to Clever
They then connected me to their agents Howard and Tony who really did a fantastic job.
They handled both the buying and selling of both properties.
The agents were so effective from start to finish and we closed both properties on time in less than 30days.
Above all clever real estate gave us a cash back which is not something that's common with real state companies

Lisa was great very patient and diligent on getting things done. She definitely had to work for her 1% commission. She deserves 3% .She had to go through 4 contracts before she finally closing on the 4th. .

Clever did a great job for recommending three top quality realtors to us. It enabled us to do thorough research on them and picked one who we thought mostly suited to our needs. The end result was great and the selling price of our house was beyond our expectations.

We were pleasantly surprised to have the process work so smoothly! We chose a wonderful realtor from the three realtors that Clever provided. Bottom line, our home was listed and 30 days later we closed/sold it. It worked the same as other homes we’ve sold, but paid only 1.5% for the listing agent and 3% for buyers agent. Hindsight, we’d probably try to offer 2.5 for buyers agent next time. Our realtor was professional, communicative, and gave us great advice during negotiations to get top dollar for our home. Listing photos were beautiful and included. Absolutely no difference in using a Clever realtor than a regular realtor. We highly recommend using Clever or negotiating the same rate with your favorite local realtor if you are able. Clever does the negotiating work for you but does charge the realtor a ‘finders’ fee.

Excellent. Broker selection options were excellent. Clever Title Company was excellent and professional. Clever customer service was great. And we saved over $7000 on sales commission. Our home sold in just five days. I will recommend Clever to my family and friends who are selling a home.

Clever is a great! They offer great services. Not all the agents they recommend are good, but if the ones they recommend isn't to your liking you can request clever to connect you with others. So in the end, not all agents in clever are good, but the Clever team itself is very accommodating.
