I bought several games from Instant Gaming through the years and I have never had any sort of issues.
The payment is fast and you obtain the keys instantly, you can simply activate the games with just one click at the end of the purchase process. The website will send you to your Steam profile and the key will be applied autoamtically. You just need to click on 'Activate Product' and you are ready to play. Games have usually lower prices compared to the Steam official store and there are periodic sales. Steam official Store and Instant Gaming are the only two platform that I use to buy games. Purchased keys on their website for a year for copies like Nier Automata and nothing went wrong. However, today I was looking to purchase a key and they gave me the wrong version as I already own the version they've gave me. I contacted support and the refund process and respond time was very generous. They asked for proof of activation and my activation history then they agreed to refund my purchase. Very quick customer support. There was a delay in the delivery of a steam code. When submitting a ticket i immediatly got a response about the delay and information about when the code will be delivered. After the response, my codes got delivered within 10 minutes. 10/10 would buy again

Well... I tried to buy the game on G2A but they sent me steam account, not code. They got slapped with a 150 euro penalty for 20 euro purchase. Selling steam accounts is not cool in the eyes of Mastercard. You sold me the code, and i love how fast i could start my game on my own steam account.

I have never seen such bad support...
I asked for a refund because they have sent me 2 times an already used key for the SAME Order and complied by sending them the screenshots they requested. I even asked Steam for the time and date of the duplicated keys. Then, they asked me for another screenshot and promised that, after receiving it, they would immediately refund the money. However, they asked for two more screenshots, which is ridiculous. They sell keys that are duplicated and can't even afford proper support agents.
