Love getting cash back when shopping. Makes me want to shop more. The only issue I have is that every time I get my cash back gift card for Amazon, it takes me ages to figure out how to get it. The instructions don’t match what I see in my account and I have to keep clicking back and forth to find it. Frustrating.

I recently joined Rakuten, and the service has been unbelievably amazing! The desktop widget is user-friendly, easy to use, and offers awesome cashback. I encountered a few hiccups but reached out to customer service, and Michele was fantastic. She provided quick support and made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend Rakuten for anyone looking to save money effortlessly!

Rakuten is one of its kind. I have been using Rakuten for almost a year now and I have enjoyed every bits of their services and offers. Although, their cash back payout might take a little longer to be processed but which I understand is as a result of bulk of transactions carried out on their platform every seconds. They are true to their words and I highly recommend them.

I signed up for Rakuten almost 2 years ago and I'm really happy with all the cash back I've received. I don't do too much online shopping but it is definitely an incentive and I can see how the benefits will increase as I start to order more and more online in the coming years. Cash back refunds are so easy to receive and I've never had an issue.

I love online shopping and Rakuten tells me when I am on a site that offers cash back, and what sites are offering higher cash back each day. Every few months I get a notification that cash back has been deposited to my pay pal account. Its so easy and makes online shopping worthwhile!

It's so nice to get a little cash back when I buy things online. Although it may not seem like much per transaction it does add up. I find it particularly helpful that I get a notice when I am on a participating site. Nice to be rewarded for things I am buying anyway.

Rakuten is the best- to be able to get a little something back for purchases you are already going to make is wonderful! Periodically they have deals for as much as 25% cash back for certain retailers. The Rakuten website and app is also very functional. I hardly ever run into any technical issues when getting redirected to the affiliated stores, or with receiving my cash back. A great concept, and a better deal for consumers such as myself. Highly recommend.

Rakuten notifies me daily with latest promos for cash back incentives, like the recent 10% offered on TEMU. I like the security of shopping on the site within the Rakuten link, and like the quarterly rewards to be paid to me as a gift card for Amazon too. Thank you Rakuten for keeping track of my savings over the years!

I use Rakuten regularly for cash back for my online purchases. It adds up over time and I just use the cash-back on an Amazon purchase of a pair of soccer shoes for my daughter. The only recommendation for Rakuten is for them to get more retailers under their umbrella. I have noticed Amazon and Home Depot are no longer associated with them. I remember they used to be, which is the reason I received the cash back in the form of an Amazon gift-card.

Amazing! I shop online a lot and before every purchase I check Rakuten to see if there is a cash back offer. Even if I only get $1 or less in one transaction, it all adds up and there’s virtually no effort on my end since I was planing to make that purchase regardless. I’ve earn over $600 cash back to date! The most recent amount I received (via Amazon gift card) was approx $35 which was easily spent on random things for the house. Very happy!

The company regularly sends emails alerting you to deals/discounts at stores which allows you to save money. You choose your rebate payment method and with Rakuten you get your rebate paid on time and without having to followup.

Rakuten is the easiest simplest cash back app I’ve ever used, my only regret is not maximizing it sooner for my purchases. You don’t have to wait forever for your money and it’s immediately deposited in your account on your payout day. Highly recommend.

Using the Firefox extension makes it easy to use Rakuten when shopping online and I've found that I've made quite a bit of money back, especially when taking advantage of special deals.
The only negative is that I've had to chase after some large purchases to actually get the cash back (e.g. 15% back on a Dell laptop purchase). It sounds like this was a problem more on the retailer side than at Rakuten but regardless watch your purchase history to ensure that you get the cash back.

I don't find Rakuten very dependable. I've had this happen three times now that I use the laptop and click on Rakuren, it acknowledges me and so I start to shop but then move onto my cell phone where once again I go onto Rakuten and shop but somehow do not get any dollars. When I complain they say that I was not logged on to Rakuten on that date. Unbelievable and not worth the time or effort in my opinion.

It's nice to have a little bit of discount/cash back, but the effort it takes is almost not worth it. They have a good selection of brands, but it's not comprehensive (like a CC would be)
The money back is often 1-2%, occasionally more (like 5%, but that is extremely rare).
This would be great if it were passive, but with the number of times you have to click to opt-in, or stay opted-in (that is: every single occasion you visit a site) does not seem to be worth the effort. At some point I am likely to give it up if the reward/effort ratio remains so measly

If you are buying an expensive item such as laptop with 15% cashback, most likely you wont get your cashback. That's have been my experience at least twice. Yes you can return item you ordered if 15% cashback were crucial for your budget... but the hassle is annoying. Also they will provide you million reasons why cashback did not go through - bs you cant really verify.
