Great marketing - bad offerings - They cherry-pick who to insure

I submit an application for malpractice insurance in California. They said they did not want to underwrite it because I made a note I would like to expand my practice areas in the future to include class action torts in healthcare as a referral. It appears they cherry pick and simply have good marketing and come up as the top search result but otherwise are nothing to write home about. Go elsewhere.

The carriers are responsible for underwriting, not DHIA. It is the carriers who determine whether to offer coverage based on a firm's profile. Class Action and Tort Law is one of the most hazardous areas of practice. We were able to secure an offer from a carrier for your practice.

Legal Liability Insurance

I needed to obtain malpractice insurance for some legal work I would be handling. I emailed the Daniels-Head Insurance Agency for assistance. The agency was very responsive to my needs and was able to get my coverage in a few days. I am very pleased with the outcome.
