I ordered an e mountain bike via the cycle to work scheme. Cycle Solutions kept in touch throughout the ordering process to delivery. Could not have been more helpful. Delivery was the problem. Unfortunately CS have chosen to use TNT as their courier. It took one week to transport the bike from Wales to Scotland with delivery to wrong depots etc. I won’t elaborate how useless TNT are as a logistics outfit. Suffice to say they are dire. I have marked down one star for this reason. CS I urge you to sever ties with TNT. They are the reason for the majority of your negative reviews. You deserve to partner with a better courier.

We have been using DAN for years to buy and also sell domain names. Legitimate marketplace. Top-notch support and great UX. Recommend to anyone. We know dozens of others who also use DAN regularly. If you are looking to buy a domain then DAN is one of the best platforms to use, If not, The Best.

Sold a few domains through Dan, but my last sale after 20 days is still pending. Has been transferred to the new owner long time ago but DAN still has to verify with afternic. Both of them are under the Godaddy umbrella so I wonder what the delay is. Have pulled all my domains from them. Going to sell them through another broker or directly as I have done in the past. A three star rating as I did not have issues in the past, but now they pass on the buck to someone else

Good Communication from the Dan team and overall a pretty seamless process. A few things that could be better:

1. Dan.com doesn't fully authenticate ownership of the domain until the time of purchase so felt it was up in the air until the transaction was fully done

What do you call an unethical company whose goal is to not serve its customers and rather are driven by greed and money? Dan.com & godaddy.com

Godaddy and its affiliates are nothing but crooked organization who wants to cheat and fraud its customers. They do not care about their customers and are not in business to serve with integrity.

Do not do business with Godaddy.com and its affiliates.

The communication via Dan was good. I had an issue with not receiving emails and they were very quick in helping me sort it out.

The owner of the domain explained why he couldn't accept my first offer, and I think that was very detailed and thorough.

Dangerous, nasty pieces of work. Infiltrating personal messages and tagging themselves on to it. You could literally be saying privately someone has died, push send and the message goes through with tagged on, "Song.com Domains for $$$$$" Disgusting cesspits of human beings. If you try and delete, you have to delete the whole conversation. This kind of intrusion in the UK would see folk knocking on doors. When i complained, they said sends us the convo.....so you scammers?.....You have a great day now.
