Great company, great service. Easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I love the reliability of the service provided, the amazing list of countries to choose a VPN from. A bonus is also the possibility to disconnect from Ghost if a site blocks my entry because of my VPN, and the choice to simply change the VPN any time, anywhere, for whatever reason.
The Ghost offer is the best affordable price I have encountered among other VPN providers.
Getting familiar with the navigation system takes a bit of getting used to but nothing dramatic.
Some VPN connections are rather slow, depending on your own location and the quality of your own WiFi or SIM provider, which means switching over to another VPN location.
Ghost should clearly warn potential customers that they CAN be blocked by Google and other sites once their AI detects that they use a VPN. I simply disconnect Ghost temporarily until I've dealt with the website blocking me. It works. It would be helpful to get a possibility to create a list of websites on Ghost, that must be accessed without a VPN.
All in all, I love my Ghost.

Absolut urgent we had to install Cyberghost because French TV did not show the soccer game Germany vs Spain of the Euro 24. With the immediate support from CyberGhost we were able to install it the right way and better than that… we could watch the incredible game! But we missed the quarterfinals. But thanx for the good support!!!

Its ok, i love the options with different protocols, but im still concerned if they leak user data to USA or to other countries on demand.
Noticed that sometimes theres an lag on different applications or videos load even if i run a 300mb/s connection.
Need to test more time as its first week.

Stupid crap cyberghost vpn suddenly refuses to work on my Android phone for the last 3 days. No amount of uninstalling and downloading it over and over resolves the problem. One and a half turns of the icon and the App shuts down with the message 'App keeps shutting down'. 'Search country' freezes and App shuts down with the aforementioned enlightened message - Doh! 4 years service turns into frustration and irritation. Fully paid up till 2026 and online support, of course, is crap because the 'team' is in Surinam or some other lost place. What a misery to have paid for something which wastes your time and energy.

I bought this VPN mostly for streaming on foreign movie sites. It works great most of the time, I can connenct to different IP adress without problems and watch anything or have a larger selection.
Although sometimes (in like 10 % of cases) it takes very long time to connect or it does not work at all. Sometimes i have to open a new browser window with different account or reset everything (CyberGhost, Wi-fi, PC).

So far so good! I’m impressed with the speeds I’m getting as far as the app running on all my devices, connecting / disconnecting, upload / download speeds, etc. Also the VPN app doesn’t seem to drain my mobile / tablet batteries as quickly as my previous VPN provider app, so my batteries last longer throughout the day which is great.

Hi there, the system works well, but some webs checked me or even don't allowing access, so I have to switch off the app and open the web page again without app and successfully.

I do like your program as such. However I find the changing of VPN servers a bit cumbersome. It would help if a list of favourites comes up straight away when you log out of a server. Even better would be to open the favourites, click on the required server and the program would log you out of the present server and log you into the newly requested server and closes the favourites.

Just renewed for another 3 years as excellent VPN and price. Customer service has been excellent as well and so helpful when looking into prices before renewing.
Only been a couple downs when VPN gone down which can happen to all VPN`s but back up very quickly.
Really happy with what i get from Cyberghost VPN and will hopefully continue for many years to come.
