I've used their RO systems in two homes for over 15 years. I've never had a problem with the company or their products. I really like that when I have called them for support, I get a US-based person quickly who is knowledgable and glad to help.

The customer service was fantastic. After ordering and making my payment, the order was at my home in 2 days. After having an issue with water pressure, i was sent to a youtube site and had the solution taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Been working with iSpring for about 10 years and love everything about the system and the service. Thank you

I have a Wholehouse water filter system. One of the blue canisters developed a crack and water pours out. Sent several emails to Pureplus with no response asking to purchase one blue canister so I can have the system working again. There are no parts in their website for purchase in case something goes wrong like me. It's very disappointing that they don't stand by their product and support a customer.
