What a wonderful experience! Arrived on time, was able to accommodate 2 unexpected guests and the show was phenomenal. My guests were really pleased and the sake shooters made the vibe even more fun. Food delicious and every is still talking about it. Both chefs did an amazing job with 38 total guests. Quick set up and clean up. very happy.

If I could give a zero, I would. I have just received the most terrible customer service from Not one , not two… but THREE agents And by the third one I can tell that they are reading from a script. A customer should not have to pay for items that they have not received- Especially since the order is through GrubHub, we can’t even contact the restaurant who would typically help us (and rightfully so) But we can’t go through the restaurant we have to go through you and now you guys are stating that you’re staying YOU won’t even participate in refunds?! Why would ANYONE take that chance ? Why chance using your services if we may only receive half or none at all of your order and you’re staying you wouldn’t allow refunds?! (And YES!!! This has 100% happened ! ) I was missing a drink today and can even be seen on the photo the DRIVER submitted that I only received 1 drink instead of 2. And honestly, a drink is not that big of a deal necessarily it was the way I was treated and the original reason why I called to begin with Wasn’t even about the drink, but then they kept stating that they could not do any refunds on concessions due to unusual amounts of refunds- well , 1.) a tip is not “concessions” ! 2.) do not state that you’ll end chat because I have no other issues needing resolved when you never even resolved it! 3.) when being told AGAIN I’m basically being hung up on after reading the script you’ve given to yo ur agents to say to us- when a customer is asking questions - don’t pretend you can’t hear what they’re saying by just talking over them stating again you’re ending the chat. I know she heard me because she even started talking on it a tad before saying the exact same spiel the other agents said previously (and that SHE even said earlier on the same call we were still on. ) If you have things that you need to work out and fine-tune between you and the Restaurants and you and the delivery drivers that you hire an outsource to help you operate and function- Well, that’s on you to figure out not on us, the consumer. We should not be faulted because of issues with the delivery or the food delivered. That’s just not right. &Treating them like their “bad” Or making them feel shunned or blacklisted by dismissing their inquiries repeatedly is also absolutely shameful of you.

I sold an item to Kaiyo a couple of years ago, moved, and forgot all about it. Fast forward to July 2024. I logged into my account and realized that I had $170 in it that had yet to be cashed put. I submitted a request for a cash out on July 16th. As of today, July 27th, which is past the 7-10 business days for a request to be processed, my request still hasn't been processed. I emailed support. Their response: On Sat, Jul 27, 2024, 10:36 AM Support wrote: Hi Sophia, Thank you for reaching out regarding the status of your cash out. We understand your concern, and are working hard to provide an update for you. At this time, we are experiencing delays with cashing out and do not currently have an ETA on when this will be resolved. We appreciate your patience. With care, Celeste NO ONE SHOULD BE DOING BUSINESS WITH KAIYO. IN FACT, I SUSPECT THAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO BECOME INSOLVENT AND FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY. BEWARE!!!

Tried to phone customer service phone number no longer in operation same as Costa this is ridiculous just to make more profit I wondered is it only in the UK that this 2 companies have stopped this service they have not taken sight loss, elderly, or disabled customers into consideration I moved from Costa to Starbucks after Costa stopped phone customer service unfortunately my daughter topped up my Starbucks account by £40 bought coffee in dundee store the money came off but no stars were added when I queried this I was told there was nothing they can do I had to contact customer service through the website which is a nightmare
