She went over all my bloodwork throughly explaining everything. Not only did we decide what we wanted to focus on now, we made a solid plan for the next 3 months. Talked with my provider last month, he said we would continue with current treatment. Went to get a refill and it says I’ve been discharged from treatment. There is no one to call or email, I had to make an appointment for 5 days from now, meanwhile I have no meds. What a shitshow.

I got the app last summer, tried it in free trial, didnt work for me, so i tried cancelling sub, deleted the app and it was now showing up as a sub in my app store anymore. All good i thought. Then i got billed. I filed a complaint and after lots of back and fourth with them and PayPal i got some money back, not all. Then i got promised by effecto that my sub was cancelled. It have not been showing in my subs in app store, PayPal and the app has not been installed on my phone since the free trial last year. Now too my big surprise i get billed in PayPal again for a new year?!?? Am i now subscribed for life? How do i unsubscribe from something i dont have a subscription from? They even claim to PayPal that i have used the app this whole year, provided fake screenshots to make PayPal deny my claim for money back. So i have now filed a scam report too my bank, deleted my card from PayPal and gonna meet my bank tomorrow to figure out how to get my money back.
