My complaint is that when speakijng with 3 differant associates not one of them explained the refund pokicy to us. We had the misfortune to have to cancel a reservation due to a death in the family They could have made sure that we understood the refund policy. I never agreed or was mae awarw that it would be issued as a credit. THe 1st gentleman that assisted me with the cancellation told me that a refund is very easy. The funds would be returned immediately to the original form of payment. Come to find out that it had been issued to a credit. I never would have agreed to that... Also was not made aware that due to the conversion i would be losing a potion of the refund. Please expedite this so i may have the funds returned immediately.
