Ryan was brilliant! First corals so very new to the hobby, but Ryan was so helpful and gave me some great advice along with some starter corals to get me going with the mystery box. Will definitely be coming back once I get the hang of it

Small zoo...people are very kind. Plan to buy food to feed all of the animals They are in desperate need of grant money to keep their ponds circulating but if they get the support...this zoo will be a winner without having to go to Wilmington.

I’m sorry to be writing a review that rates the Deep as poor. I went yesterday with my 3 year old granddaughter. From the moment we stepped out of the lift into the gloom she sobbed gently, wanting her mum. We were looking forward to seeing the marine life of which there was some but my recollections of aquaria was more of it, more accessible and brighter. There was a lot of information to read - so probably not aimed at a 3 year old. I think the entry fee is steep for that age. We were in and out in under 1/2 hour. The staff were pleasant & kept our rucksacks but access to lockers would be better. Pity there isn’t public transport from the station/town centre - it’s quite a long walk away.

During our three-night stay at Mara Ngenche, we were absolutely thrilled by the lavish tented accommodation offering every luxury imaginable. Steve, and John for their outstanding service. Additionally. heartfelt thanks extend to Milton, whose expertise in wildlife, nature, and driving enriched our safari adventures. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Exodus Safaris-thank you all immensely for an unforgettable experience.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM! I gave African Sunset Travels $5000 in June 2023 for a refundable deposit for a trip planned in September 2024. I researched this company very thoroughly before I gave my deposit and these negative reviews were not there or I wouldn’t have booked with them. We are from the US and traveling with another couple from Australia who also gave a $5000 deposit. We unfortunately are getting the same excuses as listed in the reviews, such as cash flow problems and waiting on vendors (hotels) to reimburse them our money. I contacted each hotel we supposedly had a reservation for and sadly there was no reservation for us at any of the hotels. This makes me very angry and I will continue to fight to get my money back! Do not give them a penny of your money! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WON’T RETURN PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, OR EMAILS.

Seller was contacted again 1/2/2024. No response. Website states response within 48 hours. Today is 1/5/2024. Website states no refunds after 30 days. Seller is incompetent or a scammer. You decide. I know what I think the seller is. See above.
