We are unable to cancel or change orders once they’ve been submitted. Orders must be received by 10am PST Monday - Friday to be processed the same day. Orders received after 10am PST on Friday or over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Orders received on major holidays will be processed the following business day.

T3 ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Please see our shipping rates below.

  • US Ground Shipping (4-6 Business Days): $8.99 or FREE with $99 purchase
  • US Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $25

All T3Micro.com orders originate from the United States. We do not ship to Canada. We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or other U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO boxes. If you are interested in shipping to an address outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please visit one of our authorized online retailers.

Claims related to damaged or missing shipments must be filed within the first 30 days of receipt to be considered. T3 cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged products if we are not notified within this time period. Contact our support team at support@t3micro.com, and we will file a claim on the lost order and process a reship.

T3 utilizes Narvar Track & Notify which is a service that keeps you informed about your order status through email and SMS notifications. You'll receive timely updates about your order from the moment it ships until it’s delivered.

  3. Out for delivery: This email and SMS notify you that your package is out for delivery and will be delivered today. It helps you prepare for the arrival of your order.
  4. Your package has arrived: This email and SMS inform you that your order has been successfully delivered. It confirms the receipt of your package and concludes the tracking notifications.
Can I receive notifications via SMS?

Yes, you can sign up to receive SMS notifications. When you receive the "Order on its way" email, there will be an option to sign up for SMS updates. This ensures you receive real-time notifications directly on your mobile phone.

How can I track my order?

In the "Order on its way" email, there will be a link to the track page. Click on this link to view the current status and progress of your shipment.

What should I do if I receive a "Carrier delay" notification?

If you receive a "Carrier delay" notification, it means that there is an unexpected delay in the delivery of your package. You do not need to take any action since we are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as they are available.

Will I be notified when my package is out for delivery?

Yes, you will receive an "Out for delivery" email and SMS on the day your package is scheduled to be delivered. This notification lets you know to expect your delivery that day.

How will I know when my order has been delivered?

You will receive an "Order has been delivered" email and SMS once your package has been delivered. This notification confirms the delivery of your order.
