What is Puritan's Perks?

Puritan's Perks is a loyalty program that treats our best customers like family. Membership is complimentary and allows you to earn points every time you shop with us, refer your friends, leave a product review, or complete other activities in your Puritan’s Perks account. You can then cash in your points for savings—it's as easy as that!

How do I join?

You can enroll in Puritan's Perks when you create an account or when you visit your existing account. You can also enroll over the phone when you contact Customer Care.

How do I start earning points?

After joining Puritan's Perks, you will earn 10 points for every $1 spent every time you shop at puritan.com or by calling our Customer Care team. You may also earn extra points during special bonus events.

Points can also be earned for in-account activities, such as referring friends and writing product reviews. Visit the Puritan's Perks page in your account to learn more.

Note - Points cannot currently be earned for orders placed through the Puritan's Pride mail-order catalog, eBay, Walmart, Amazon, or any retail outlet other than www.puritan.com.

How are points calculated?

Puritan's Perks members earn 10 points for every $1 spent. Points are earned at an item level, rounded to the closest whole number (if below .5 rounded down and if .5 or above rounded up) based on the cost after applying all eligible promotional coupons, Puritan’s Perks rewards (redeemed points), and before shipping and taxes.

For example:
If an item is on a buy one get one free sale for a total cost of $8.49:

  • The total cost ($8.49) will be divided by the total number of items (2) to get the individual item cost ($4.245)
  • This individual item cost ($4.245) will then be converted to points ($4.245 x 10 points = 42.45, rounded down = 42 points)
  • The purchase of the two bottles during the buy one get one free sale (cost = $8.49) will earn 84 points (42 x 2 = 84)

If an item is on a buy two get three free sale for a total cost of $16.98:

  • The total cost ($16.98) will be divided by the total number of items (5) to get the individual item cost ($3.396)
  • This individual item cost ($3.396) will then be converted to points ($3.396 x 10 points = 33.96, rounded up = 34 points)
  • The purchase of the five bottles during the buy two get three free sale (cost = $16.98) will earn 170 points (34 x 5 = 170)

There are some items that may automatically result in 0 points being earned. If you wish to have points for these items be manually added to your account, please reach out to us at 1.800.645.1030 and a Customer Care Representative will assist you.

How do I earn Puritan's Perks points for puritan.com online purchases?

You must login to your puritan.com account, so we know to associate your purchase with your Puritan's Perks membership. Once you place an online order, points will then be issued as your items ship.

How do I earn Puritan's Perks points for purchases I make over the phone with Customer Care?

When you speak with our Customer Care team, they will bring up your account and associate your order with your Puritan's Perks membership. Once you place your order, points will then be issued as your items ship.

How do I earn Puritan's Perks points for purchases I make through your mail order form in the Puritan's Pride catalog?

Customers cannot currently earn points for purchases made through the mail. If you would like to earn points for your purchases, please complete your order on puritan.com (don't forget to login) or by calling Customer Care.

I made a purchase before joining Puritan's Perks. Can I still earn points for my previous purchase?

Sorry, we cannot award points for previous purchases. You must be enrolled in the program at the time of the purchase to earn points.

I am a Puritan's Perks customer, but I forgot to login to my puritan.com account before making a purchase. Can I still earn points for my purchase?

Of course - we don't want you to miss out! Contact our Customer Care team, have your order number ready, and they will be happy to assist you.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

You can earn up to a maximum of 25,000 points annually. There may also be limitations placed on how often and/or how many total points you can earn by referring friends, writing a product review, or completing other in-account activities. Please visit the Puritan's Perks page in your account or the program terms and conditions to learn more.

What are my Available Points?

Your Available Points are the number of points you have available that can be redeemed for savings on your next purchase, bonus gifts, or charitable donations. The number decreases each time you redeem points when placing an order. To review your current available points balance, visit the Puritan's Perks page in your account.

Do my points expire?

Each set of points you earn expires after one-year if they have not been redeemed. When you redeem your points, we use your oldest set of points first to help make sure you don't miss out on your rewards. To view the status of your available points, visit the Puritan's Perks page in your account.

How do points convert to rewards?

There are three ways you can use your available points: for savings on your next purchase, for bonus gift, or for charitable donations.

The point value for bonus gifts varies depending on the product you select. Charitable donations can be made to Feeding America in $3 and $5 increments, worth 600 and 1,000 points respectively.

When using points for savings on your next purchase, every 1,000 points earns you a $5 reward, and rewards must be redeemed in $5 increments. For example, if you have 1,478 points available in your Puritan's Perks account, you will be able to apply one $5 reward (worth 1,000 points) to an order with a sub-total of at least $5. You will then have 478 points remaining in your account.

NOTE - Puritan’s Perks points cannot currently be redeemed for savings on recurring Auto Ship & Save orders.

How do I redeem my points?

We make it easy!

To choose a bonus gift
Simply select the product you want in your Puritan's Perks account page. As long as you have the indicated point value available, you can then click the button to redeem and add your bonus gift to your shopping cart!

To choose a charitable donation
Simply select the amount you’d like to donate in your Puritan's Perks account page. As long as you have the indicated point value available, you’ll be able to follow the prompts to complete your donation.

To choose savings on your order
Simply add items to your cart on puritan.com and if you have enough points to qualify for a reward, you'll see the option to apply them at checkout.

Please note:

  • Points cannot currently be redeemed for savings on recurring Auto Ship & Save orders.
  • You can use your points for savings on your order or bonus gifts when placing an order with our Customer Care team; however, charitable donations must be made through your Puritan's Perks online account page.

Can I combine my points at checkout with other special offers?

Yes! Puritan's Perks rewards can be combined with a maximum of one promotional coupon. If a coupon is used, it will be applied before your available rewards, and before shipping and taxes are calculated.

Can I use points towards the cost of shipping or taxes?

Puritan's Perks points do not apply towards shipping charges or taxes. Shipping charges and taxes will require a form of tender.

If I redeem points for a charitable donation, is it tax deductible?

No, charitable donations made with Puritan’s Perks points are not tax deductible; however, we will email you a confirmation of your donation for your records.

What portion of my donation will be given to Feeding America?

The full dollar value of donations made through the Puritan’s Perks reward program will be donated to Feeding America. To learn more about how they’ll use your donation to help end hunger, please visit https://www.feedingamerica.org/about-us/why-feeding-america

How do returns affect my Puritan's Perks account?

Discounts applied to an order as a result of using Puritan’s Perks points toward a purchase are prorated across all items in the order. If you used Puritan’s Perks points toward your order, you will receive your refund via a combination of your original form of tender and Puritan’s Perks points credited back to your account.

In addition, any points earned on your returned items will also be deducted from your Puritan’s Perks account. Take a look at our terms and conditions for more details.

Can I return a bonus gift reward?

We want you to love your bonus gift—you earned it after all! If you are unhappy with a bonus gift you received, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

How do I move up to the next Puritan's Perks tier?

The Puritan's Perks program consists of 3 different tiers: Health Advocate, Health Champion, & Health Warrior. Tier level is based on your net purchase amount at Puritan's Pride within a calendar year

(January 1 – December 31):

  • Health Advocate = $0 - $174
  • Health Champion = $175-499
  • Health Warrior = $500 and up

You are automatically enrolled in Puritan's Perks as a Health Advocate. You'll automatically be upgraded to a Health Champion or Health Warrior after meeting the net purchase requirement, assuming your returns do not bring you below this amount.

Once you're upgraded, you will maintain that status (unless you advance to a higher status) for the remainder of the current year and the full following calendar year.

I spent enough to reach the next tier. Why did I not advance?

Your Puritan's Perks tier is determined by how much you spent with Puritan's Pride in the last calendar year, after joining the Puritan's Perks program. If some of your purchases fell in the previous calendar year, they will not contribute to your tier advancement.

If you believe you spent the qualifying amount during this calendar year, please contact our Customer Care team.

It appears I went down a tier. Why did that happen?

The amount you spend with Puritan's Pride within the January through December calendar year will determine your tier level for the following calendar year. Once your purchases reach the dollar amount required for a tier, you will automatically qualify and be entered into that tier. If your purchases within that second year do not reach the spend required to stay in your current tier, your tier level will drop down as of January 1 of the third year and the cycle will begin again.

How do I receive my anniversary gift as part of the loyalty program?

We love celebrating our Puritan's Perks members! To thank you for being a part of the family, you can expect to receive something special during your anniversary month each year. Your gift will be sent via email during your anniversary month. To update your email, please visit your account page.

As a Health Champion or Health Warrior, what do I get for my birthday with the loyalty program?

Health Champions and Health Warriors can expect to receive something special for their birthdays via email during their birthday month---we don't want to spoil the surprise! Also, don't forget that Health Warriors earn 2x points on their purchases during their birthday month as well!

How will I receive access to bonus points, special events, and/or premier discounts?

We send out the best benefits of our loyalty program via email, so make sure you are subscribed! Click here to sign up.

As a Health Warrior, how will I receive my free shipping on any purchase benefit?

You must be logged into your puritan.com online account, so that we'll recognize you. Once logged in, you'll automatically receive free shipping on up to 2 orders per calendar month. You can also use your free shipping benefit when placing an order with our Customer Care team. Note, for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, a $5.99 surcharge will be applied.

What happened to your old Refer-A-Friend program?

It's gotten an upgrade as part of the Puritan's Perks rewards program! Don't worry, if you had any outstanding rewards in your account, they have been transferred to your new Puritan's Perks account as points for you to use on your next order.

What happens when I refer a friend from my Puritan's Perks account?

Once you submit your referral in your account, an email will be sent to your friend with an offer of 25% off a first purchase. Once their order ships, you will earn 2,000 points.

What else will you send to my friend?

Don't worry—we will only send your friend communications related to your referral. We won't send your friend promotional communications, unless they tell us they want to receive them!

How do I know if my friend is a qualified referral?

When you send a referral, we will check our system to verify that your friend is not an existing customer. The status of each referral will be updated on your My Account page in the “Puritan's Perks” section, and we'll also send you an email letting you know whether your friend is qualified for the program.

How will I know if my friend made a purchase?

It's important that your friend click through the link in the referral email to receive their discount and for you to receive your 2,000 point reward. When your friend places a first order and it ships, your 2,000 points will be reflected on your My Account page in the “Puritan's Perks” section.

How soon does my friend have to make a purchase?

Your friend must place a first order using the link in the referral email within 1 month of receiving the email in order for you to receive your 2,000 point reward. Don't worry, we'll let your friend know this when we send the email.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No! We want you to share the love and refer your friends! However, there is a limit to how often you can earn a referral reward. Take a look at our terms and conditions for more details.

Is there a limit to how many referral rewards I can earn?

Yes, you can earn points for referrals that make a purchase up to 2x per calendar month. Take a look at our terms and conditions for more details.

Why didn't I receive points for my referral?

You will receive your 2,000 point reward once your friend's first purchase ships. If you believe your friend received his/her order and you did not receive credit, please click here to contact our Customer Care team.

Note – Sometimes our emails can get stuck in your friend's email account spam filter. If your friend never received your email referral, he/she should check the email account's spam folder.

How do I earn points for completing a product review?

Login to your puritan.com account, visit any product you've purchased before on the website to leave a review, and we'll take care of the rest. Points are automatically awarded for approved reviews.

You can earn points for approved product reviews up to 2x per calendar month. Points cannot be earned multiple times for the same product.

To help ensure your review gets approved, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • We cannot accept reviews that contain medical or disease claims, such as claiming that a product diagnosed, treated, cured, or prevented a disease or condition
  • Keep your review focused on the product, while refraining from referencing price
  • Do not include any personally identifiable information, such as your full name

Why can't I see all of my Puritan's Perks information in My Account?

Please note that Puritan's Perks rewards program information can only be displayed in Internet Explorer 10 and newer browsers. Please check your browser, and if you are still having issues, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

How can I remove myself from the Puritan's Perks program?

1.GENERAL TERMS

Puritan’s Pride and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (“Sponsor,” “Puritan’s Pride,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers qualified participants, as defined below (“Members,” individually, a "Member" or "You") the opportunity to participate in the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program (the “Program”, “Puritan’s Perks”, “Puritan’s Perks Program”, or the “Loyalty Rewards Program”). This Rewards Program is administered on behalf of Sponsor by CrowdTwist (“Administrator”).

Through the Puritan’s Perks Program, you may have the opportunity to earn rewards (“Rewards” or “Points”) for purchasing products, referring friends, having product reviews accepted for site publication, and other activities specified by Puritan’s Pride in these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions,” “Agreement” or the "Program Rules"), on the Puritan’s Pride website at https://puritan.com (the “Website” or the “Site”) and/or on Puritan’s Pride social media sites (individually, a “Social Media Site” and together “Social Media” or “Social Media Sites”) at [https://www.facebook.com/puritanspridevitamins/, https://www.instagram.com/puritanspride, https://www.pinterest.com/puritanspride/, and https://twitter.com/PuritansPride]. Sponsor and Administrator have the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Program Rules, and all questions or disputes regarding these Program Rules will be resolved by Sponsor and Administrator in their discretion. Neither the Program nor any reward or benefit offered by the Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by Members against Sponsor, Administrator and/or their subsidiaries or affiliates.

2.MEMBERSHIP/ELIGIBILITY

The Program is offered only to (a) legal residents in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and APO/DPO/FPO locations (b) who are at least 18 years of age or older (each an “Eligible Member” or “Member” or “You”). Puritan’s Pride, a Nestlé Health Science brand, is a leader in the science of nutrition and a globally managed business unit of Nestlé. To learn more, visit: www.nestlehealthscience.us. Employees, officers and directors of Puritan’s Pride, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, sales representatives, suppliers, distributors, consultants, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, marketing, and judging agencies, website providers, web masters, printers or the prize provider, agencies or contractors of any of the above organizations, including any entities engaged in the development, execution or fulfillment of this Rewards Program, together with the immediate family members and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to participate in this Rewards Program or any related sweepstakes or incentive. Puritan’s Pride and Nestlé Health Science reserve the right to limit the number of members in the Program. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

Only individuals are eligible for Rewards Program Membership (“Membership”), and each individual may maintain only one Membership Account (“Membership Account” or “Account”). Corporations, groups and/or associated entities cannot enroll as Rewards Program Members.

To participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you must create a Membership Account. Eligible individuals may enroll by clicking on the links and following the instructions at the Website to provide the requested information [e.g., registering on the site with an email address and password (your “User ID”), and accepting enrollment in the Program] or by enrolling over the phone with a Puritan’s Pride Contact Center Associate, and agreeing to the End User Terms. Your email and password will be your credentials for accessing the Program. Members must provide the required information to be enrolled and to be eligible to earn rewards. Members can either use a device that is capable of accessing the Internet in order to access and use the Rewards Program, or can do so over the phone with a Puritan’s Pride Contact Center Associate.

After the Membership Account is created and account information is confirmed by Puritan’s Pride, the Member becomes eligible to participate in the Program and earn points to obtain rewards.

You must be legally competent to register with the Program. Each Member is solely responsible for all activities that occur under his/her Account and for maintaining the security of his/her log in credentials. You are responsible for protecting your email login. If your email login is compromised (e.g., you become aware that an unauthorized person has access to your email account), you agree to immediately inform Puritan’s Pride by calling 1-800-645-1030. Members must not disclose log-in credentials to any third party for any reason. Puritan’s Pride will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from a Member’s failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph or any Member responsibilities under the Program Rules.

A Member may maintain only one Loyalty Rewards Program Membership Account. If more than one Membership Account is opened by an individual, he/she will only receive points for the account that was opened first. The duplicate (second) Membership account will be canceled.

Puritan’s Pride reserves the right to reject, revoke, cancel or suspend any Membership, reward, sweepstakes, and/or any and all unredeemed points, or take any other action at its discretion, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice or liability to any Member, if Company believes: (a) the Member has (1) violated any of the Program Rules; (2) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, regulations or ordinances; (3) engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Loyalty Rewards Program; (4) accumulated points by purchasing products for purposes other than personal use (e.g. For resale or distribution purposes); or (5) engaged in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or hostile conduct in connection with the Loyalty Rewards Program, or Puritan’s Pride or its Members or employees; or (b) Company's provision of the Loyalty Rewards Program and/or any associated benefits (including but not limited to points, sweepstakes, coupons, and product samples) to Member may violate any applicable laws to which Company is subject from time to time. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time. If you are not eligible to participate, you are prohibited from accessing, using and registering for the Rewards Program. If you are registered for an account with this Rewards Program and want to stop participating, delete or cancel your account by calling 1-800-645-1030 and speaking with a Puritan’s Pride Contact Center Associate.

3.PARTICIPATION

a.REWARD TIER CYCLE:Points earned over the course of the calendar year will be viewable through the Member’s online Account or can be confirmed through selecting options on our 1-800-645-1030 automated phone menu. There are three (3) Reward Tiers (“Tiers”), and upon reaching the required annual spend, the relevant Tier and the specified Rewards associated with that Tier (described in more detail below), will be unlocked. If a customer achieves elevated Tier status (e.g., Health Champion or Health Warrior Reward Tiers) in their first year of joining the Program, they will retain that status for the remainder of that calendar year, as well as the entirety of the following calendar year. If a Member does not maintain their Tier spend from January – December of that second year, they will lose the benefits inherent to that Tier.

Puritan’s Pride reserves the right to modify, reset or terminate any Reward Tier Cycle(s) at any time, with or without notice or cause, in its sole discretion.

b.EARNING POINTS:Once a Member has completed the enrollment process, they may begin “earning” points. Through your participation in the Program, You as a Member will have the opportunity to earn points (“Points”) each Cycle by purchasing products directly from the Website (the “Approved Sites”), for engaging in or completing certain specified qualifying tasks or activities (each, a “Qualifying Activity”) on the Approved Sites. Purchases made or activities performed prior to enrollment are not eligible to earn points. For each Qualifying Activity completed during a Cycle, the Member will receive a pre-determined and pre-announced number of Points (“Point Value”) for that Cycle, as determined by Puritan’s Pride in its sole discretion. A full and up-to-date list of Qualifying Activities for the current Cycle and their Point Values may be found in your online account portal. From time to time, Sponsor may also sponsor contests or other promotions (“Promotions”) in connection with which it will identify certain actions and Social Media sites in the applicable Official Rules. Puritan’s Pride may periodically offer temporary promotions through which you may be able to receive bonus Points for eligible purchases or for other activities. Any such promotion may be subject to additional terms, which will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered.

By way of example, these tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Other activities may be listed on the Puritan’s Pride website, on Puritan’s Pride’s Social Media Sites, or other promotional materials. Specific tasks that may earn points at any time and the amount of Points that the particular task is worth will be set forth either in these Program Rules or on the Puritan’s Pride website, Puritan’s Pride’s Social Media Sites, or other promotional materials. This list may be updated from time to time with additional activities and tasks; Members should check back for new tasks.

Accumulated points earned may be redeemed towards one-time Member purchases in 1,000 point increments or for offered rewards for the point value indicated in your online account portal. Every 1,000 points qualifies a Member for $5.00 off their one-time purchase after promotional coupons and before shipping & taxes. Points may not be redeemed toward purchases as part of the Auto Ship & Save Program. Points may be applied to an order with a maximum of one additional promotional coupon. Points will follow a first in, first out system: when a Member redeems points towards a purchase or reward, the first points that were historically earned will be applied first.

Points that are not redeemed towards a purchase or Reward will expire one full calendar year from the date they are earned by a Member.

Puritan’s Pride reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time during the duration of this Rewards Program, to change the number of points awarded, or to award no points, for any particular Qualifying Activity, to offer additional or new Qualifying Activities for a limited time or permanently, to delete any or all means to earn points, to limit the number of times a Member may earn points for engaging in a Qualifying Activity or engaging in the activity during a specific time period, or to offer points earning opportunities to select groups of Members.

Also, Puritan’s Pride may offer points for engaging in a Qualifying Activity under one set of Official Rules for one promotion, and may opt not to offer points for engaging in that same activity under a subsequent promotion.

c.Limitations and Exclusions on Qualifying Activities.

Limit:One (1) Rewards Program account per person or email address. Members’ Accounts and activities in connection with this Rewards Program are subject to these Program Rules, including the below limitations and exclusions:

Members can earn up to 25,000 points annually.

Members can earn points on qualifying purchases made directly from Puritan’s Pride or from an Approved Site. Each item purchased by a Member will earn a set amount of points when said item ships out. If an item(s) or entire order is canceled or returned, the points associated with that item(s) or order will similarly be forfeited.

Members that refer a friend(s) through the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program, when such friend makes a qualifying purchase that ships from Puritan’s Pride, are limited to receiving Points for only two referrals per calendar month. The date of the referral will be measured by the date on which the friend’s qualifying purchase ships. After the Member earns Points for two qualifying referrals per calendar month, the Member will not accrue any additional Points if they refer any additional friends through the Program who make a qualified purchase that ships that month.

Members that write a product review that is approved for publication on puritan.com are limited to receiving Points for only two reviews per calendar month. The date of the product review will be measured by the date on which it is approved for publication. Any subsequent product reviews that are approved for publication on the site within the same calendar month will not accrue Points. Please note that not all submitted reviews are approved due to our internal legal review process. Points cannot be earned multiple times for the same product.

Inappropriate online social media activity posted in connection with the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program is prohibited, and Puritan’s Pride has the sole discretion to determine what constitutes inappropriate social media activity. Any Member engaging in such activity will have their Accounts cancelled and any Points or Rewards due to him or her will be forfeited.

Puritan’s Pride will not tolerate hateful or discriminatory speech, inappropriate language, or abusive activity of any kind. Any Member engaging in such activity in connection with the Loyalty Rewards Program will have their Accounts cancelled and any Points or Rewards due to him or her will be forfeited.

Any statement by a Member about a product or service offered by Puritan’s Pride must be truthful, accurate and substantiated. Misrepresenting the benefits, health or otherwise, or regulatory approvals of a product is prohibited and may result in cancelation of the Member’s Account and forfeiture of any Rewards due to him or her.

Creation of fake Members, via electronic or manual efforts, in order to obtain referral points is strictly prohibited.

No robotic, software-generated, other automated, purchased or incomplete Qualifying Activities will earn points. Gaming, fraud or abuse relating to the earning of points may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as termination of a Member’s account and/or this Rewards Program, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to take legal action, including criminal prosecution, as Sponsor deems necessary, in Sponsor’s sole discretion

In the event of a dispute over the identity of a Member, the Member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the e-mail address identified at enrollment into this Rewards Program. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute, social sharing site) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the applicable e-mail address.

4.REWARDS/REDEMPTION

Points earned will accumulate over the course of the calendar year (“Reward Tier Cycle”), and will be viewable through the Member’s Account. Upon reaching a pre-announced annual spend, certain Rewards Tiers and associated Rewards will be unlocked for redemption by the Member. There are three (3) Reward Tiers and upon reaching the required annual spend, the relevant Tier and the Rewards associated with that Tier will be unlocked. The Rewards Tiers are in ascending order: Health Advocate ($0-174), Health Champion ($175-499), and Health Warrior ($500 or more). Unlocking a Reward Tier does not reset your accumulated Points.

Points expire one year from the date they are earned.

Each Tier contains one or more Rewards, which may vary from year to year. Puritan’s Pride may change or remove any Reward at any time and without notice. Once a Tier is unlocked, the Member will be notified by email that they have unlocked the relevant Tier and will be provided instructions on how to access the Rewards. Rewards may include, but are not limited to a birthday gift, early access to new products, early access to sales, access to premier discounts, the ability to earn double points during your birthday month, free shipping on purchases, perks of the month, and more. In order to unlock the Health Champion Tier, the Member must spend between $175 - 499 on products that ship out within a “Reward Tier Cycle”. In order to unlock the Health Warrior Tier, the Member must spend at least $500 on products that ship out within a “Reward Tier Cycle”. Puritan’s Pride reserves the right to change, modify, or otherwise alter these requirements at any time and without notice.

Puritan’s Pride may modify, terminate or remove any Reward, the requirements for earning Rewards, and/or the terms and conditions applicable to any specific Reward at any time and without notice. Rewards may vary depending on the Program Rules at the time of access, and are subject to availability.

5.PROGRAM ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.

By enrolling in this Rewards Program, each Member acknowledges and agrees that:

Points are not valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements of these Program Rules and the Official Rules of any applicable Puritan’s Pride Promotion, as interpreted and applied by Puritan’s Pride, and Members shall not attempt to earn points by any means (including without limitation, by using any script, bot or other automated means) that only simulates compliance with the applicable requirements. Puritan’s Pride’s determination of the amount of points available to any Member here under shall be final and binding for all purposes.

Points have no cash, trade or barter value. Members have no ownership interest in accrued points and points are not the property of Members. There may be a delay before points appear in a Member’s account after a Qualifying Activity or Purchase has been completed, and Members shall have no claim against Puritan’s Pride based on failure of points to appear in a timely manner.

Points may only be earned in connection with these Program Rules and any Puritan’s Pride promotions and may not be redeemed by, or sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred to any other Member or to an account for any other rewards program.

In the event that a Member fails to comply with these Program Rules or the Official Rules of any Promotion, Puritan’s Pride reserves the right to terminate the Member’s account and/or invalidate a Member’s points in addition to seeking any and all remedies available under the law. Upon termination of a Member’s account for any reason, all points will become null and void, regardless of when or how they were acquired by such Member.

Upon termination of the Rewards Program for whatever reason, all points will become null and void and will not be redeemable for any good, service, or any other value, financial or otherwise.

6.ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a.PROGRAM UPDATES; MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS: From time to time, Rewards and other information will be updated on the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program Website [https://puritan.com/perks].

Please check the website for the most up-to-date information and notices. Each Rewards Program Member is responsible for reading the Program Rules and any other communications from Puritan’s Pride in order to understand his or her rights, responsibilities, and status in the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program, as well as the structure for earning Points and Rewards.

Any changes to Member contact information should be made by Member under their My Account page. By becoming a Member of the Program, Member agrees to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Puritan’s Pride as permitted by law. Puritan’s Pride is not responsible for communications, including Rewards, lost due to a change of email address or other contact information.

b.  TAXES:  ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, AND LOCAL TAXES AND ALL FEES AND EXPENSES RELATED TO ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF REWARD ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY SOLELY OF MEMBER.

c.TERMINATION/CANCELLATION:With the exception of individual Promotions, which shall have start and end dates as set forth in the official rules for the individual Promotions, the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Puritan’s Pride, at its sole discretion, elects to designate a program termination date. Puritan’s Pride reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to terminate, cancel or expire the Program, in whole or in part, or an individual Member’s enrollment in the Program for any reason and at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

“Termination” shall be defined as ending the Puritan’s Perks Loyalty Rewards Program, with no further ability to earn Points and/or redeem Rewards by any Member in the Program; the Program has not been terminated if a replacement/successor program is made available to the Program Members that offers the Members a reasonable means to earn Points and redeem Rewards. “Cancellation” shall be defined as the expiration or revocation of an individual Member’s membership, for any reason, with or without cause. Termination and Cancellation may result from violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Member Account. Members may cancel participation in the Program and/or request not to be communicated via mail by notifying Puritan’s Pride at (1-800-645-1030) Monday – Sunday, 8 AM – 12 AM ET. Members may opt out of marketing emails by unsubscribing per the instructions at the bottom of any such email received. If Puritan’s Pride terminates this Agreement and Member’s use of the Account without cause, Puritan’s Pride may opt to provide Members notice via email sixty (60) days from the date of Termination or Cancellation to redeem any Rewards associated with their Account(s). Points are non-transferrable, and may not be sold or assigned or exchanged for any value, they may only be used to participate in the Rewards Program. Points have no cash value. In the event this Agreement is terminated, this Part shall survive in accordance with its terms.

Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to expire a Member’s enrollment in the Program after twelve (12) months of account inactivity. All accrued Points and Rewards will be lost if the membership expires or is cancelled for any reason.

d.CAUTION AND WARNING:ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS REWARD PROGRAM OR THE WEBSITE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PURITAN’s PRIDE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, or any misrepresentation by a Member may subject that Member to termination of his/her Account and will affect eligibility for future participation in the Program. Puritan’s Pride reserves the right to seek all remedies, whether available at law or at equity, criminal or civil, in the event Member defrauds or abuses the program, fails to follow any terms of the Program, or makes any misrepresentations to Puritan’s Pride.

e.MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT:Member acknowledges that Puritan’s Pride has the right to change, update, revise, limit, supplement and otherwise modify the terms of this Agreement and impose new or additional terms and conditions on Member’s use of the Account, at any time, at its discretion, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the accumulation of Points or the ability to obtain Rewards. Puritan’s Pride reserves the right to change the Program Rules at any time in its sole discretion without prior notice to Member, including but not limited to: (i) the qualifications for membership; (ii) the value of Points earned by the Member; (iii) the qualifying spend on purchases needed to unlock a Tier or earn a Reward; (iv) the start, duration, and conclusion of each Reward Tier Cycle; and (v) the Rewards available to be earned.

Each such modification will be effective upon either posting at the Website or notice to you. Your continued participation in this Rewards Program following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of such modifications and your agreement to be bound by these Program Rules, including the Terms of Use and the End User Terms, each of which are incorporated into these Program Rules by reference. If you do not agree to any modification of these Program Rules, the Terms of Use or the End user Terms, as the case may be, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Website and participation in this Rewards Program. It is important that you review these Program Rules regularly. Sponsor may terminate this Rewards Program, in whole or in part, at any time.

f.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: BY ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM, ACCUMULATING POINTS AND RECEIVING REWARDS, YOU, ON YOUR OWN BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF YOUR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, AND ADMINISTRATORS, AGREE: (A) TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, WHICH SHALL BE BINDING AND FINAL; (B) TO WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY WITH RESPECT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS; (C) TO WAIVE ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING AGAINST PURITAN’S PRIDE, CROWDTWIST, PARENT OR AFFILIATED ENTITIES, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE, ANY REWARDS PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY REWARD, AND (D) TO FOREVER ANDIRREVOCABLY AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LAWSUITS, JUDGMENTS, CAUSES OF ACTION, PROCEEDINGS, DEMANDS, FINES, PENALTIES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, OUTSIDE ATTORNEYS' OR LEGAL FEES) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) THE WEBSITE, ANY REWARDS PROGRAM, OR ANY ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR A REWARDS PROGRAM, OR ANY REWARD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY REWARDS PROGRAM OR OTHER ACTIVITY, (II) TYPOGRAPHICAL, PRINTING, AND OTHER ERRORS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY REWARDS PROGRAM MATERIALS, (III) ANY CHANGE IN ANY REWARD (OR ANY COMPONENTS THEREOF) DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY, OR DUE TO REASONS BEYOND PURITAN’S PRIDE’S CONTROL, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN OR POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, OR MODIFICATION OF ANY REWARDS PROGRAM, (V) HUMAN ERROR, (VI) INCORRECT OR INACCURATE TRANSCRIPTION, RECEIPT OR TRANSMISSION OF ANY ENTRY, (VII) ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK, COMPUTER SYSTEM, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEM, COMPUTER TIMING AND/OR DATING MECHANISM, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, OR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, OR MAIL SERVICE UTILIZED BY PURITAN’S PRIDE, ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR BY YOU, (VIII) INTERRUPTION OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE VIA THE INTERNET DUE TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY PROBLEMS, (IX) ANY LOST/DELAYED DATA TRANSMISSIONS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, AND/OR ANY OTHER ERRORS OR MALFUNCTIONS, (X) ANY LATE, LOST, STOLEN, MUTILATED, MISDIRECTED, ILLEGIBLE, DELAYED, GARBLED, CORRUPTED, DESTROYED, INCOMPLETE, UNDELIVERABLE OR DAMAGED REWARDS PROGRAM SUBMISSIONS, (XI) ANY WRONGFUL, NEGLIGENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OF ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY, (XII) LOST, LATE, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, DAMAGED OR DESTROYED REWARDS (OR ANY ELEMENT THEREOF), OR (XIII) THE NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT BY YOU OR OF ANY THIRD PARTY. PURITAN’S PRIDE AND RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE, WHETHER TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR TO ANY PROPERTY, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY REWARDS PROGRAM, IN ANY ACTIVITY OR "CHALLENGE" AND/OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY REWARD. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM, OR THE USE OF ANY REWARD, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION AND AGREE THAT PARTICIPATION IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
By enrolling in this Rewards Program, Member agrees for Member and Member’s heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, to release and hold harmless, and hereby releases and holds harmless, the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or in connection with: (1) any unauthorized access to, alteration or use of Member’s account, transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received through this Rewards Program, (2) any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal or other content or conduct of any third party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights; or (3) a Member’s acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any points, prize or reward, including without limitation, product failure or liability, personal injury, death and property damage arising therefrom. Any health information provided on the Website or by Puritan’s Pride is for educational and entertainment purposes only, and are not to be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific treatment plan, product, or course of action. Puritan’s Pride disclaims any liability from and in connection with the Website, and you agree that we are not liable for any injury you may sustain by participating in the Program.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ALL MEMBERS AGAINST, ANY AND ALL INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, RELIANCE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUES, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF POINTS OR ANY REWARD OR PRIZE, AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE REWARDS PROGRAM, REWARDS PROGRAM-RELATED ACTIVITIES, AND OTHER PROMOTIONS OPERATED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS REWARDS PROGRAM, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ANY CLAIM OR ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE). IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY (A) MATTER BEYOND THEIR REASONABLE CONTROL, OR (B) LOSS OR INACCURACY OF DATA, LOSS OR INTERRUPTION OF USE, OR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE TECHNOLOGY, GOODS OR SERVICES. THESE LIMITATIONS ARE INDEPENDENT FROM ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS AND SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED. SOME STATES AND OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. PURITAN’s PRIDE DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FROM AND IN CONNNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE.

g.DISCLAIMER OF ALL WARRANTIES.THIS REWARDS PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, POINTS AND REWARDS, AND ALL PROGRAM SERVICES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, INTEGRATION, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. NEITHER SPONSOR OR ITS AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR REPRESENTATIVES WARRANT THAT: (A) ANY INFORMATION WILL BE TIMELY, ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR CORRECT; (B) THIS REWARDS PROGRAM WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR PLACE; (C) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (D) THIS REWARDS PROGRAM WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (E) ANY RESULT OR OUTCOME CAN BE ACHIEVED; OR (F) ANY LEADERBOARD USED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS REWARDS PROGRAM OR ANY RELATED PROMOTION IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. A MEMBER’S USE OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS SOLELY AT THE MEMBER’S OWN RISK.

h.DISPUTE RESOLUTION.Except where prohibited by law, Members (and former Members) agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Rewards Program or any points, prizes or benefits awarded hereunder shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Rewards Program, but in no event attorneys’ or experts’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Program Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Member (or former Member) and Sponsor in connection with this Rewards Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, United States without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

7.PRIVACY:For an explanation of Puritan’s Pride’s practices and polices relating to the collection, use, and storage of Member personal information, please refer to Puritan’s Pride’s Privacy Policy contained on the website at www.puritan.com/help/privacy. Puritan’s Pride and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use Members’ and/or referrals’ personal information for purposes of reward fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Puritan’s Pride, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Puritan’s Pride thinks may be of interest.

8.WARNING:Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the operation of this Rewards Program, or with the Website or any other websites or Approved Sites relating to this Rewards Program; or (b) acting in violation of these Program Rules.
