This report is the first comprehensive external evaluation of the Results-Based Management (RBM) Framework for PAHO. It assesses the implementation of RBM, its value to PAHO’s work, and potential improvements. The evaluation covers all four components of the RBM framework and considers the period from January 2008 to December 2022 at all levels of PAHO entities.
