first thing you have to do is install mod engine: here is the link to the file: https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/6?tab=files here is the tutorial on how to install it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YNJuyV4Ge_U (you just have to extract it and put in your game directory)
after that, you create a folder named "mods" in your game directory, then download this mod, extract it, and put the "sfx" folder inside the mods folder you just created. you can open your game and it should be working if you need anything else, let me know
hello sorry but if you could help me out it would be amazing cause i love all your modes and i would really like to make this one work, but i have already a vfx mod with the same name sfxbnd_commoneffects.ffxbnd.dcx. How can i make them coexist?
Oh it's pretty simple, I made a tutorial video on my YouTube channel which is my profile description here at NexusMOD! You should check it out and see if you like my videos!
Here it is in case you can't find it: https://youtu.be/4Xf-La1YrWk
You can merge basically any SFX with the things I teach in this video.
o thank you very much also i wanted to ask you something else too because i wont take an answer anywhere else and if you want and are able to give me a solution it would be amazing, i am trying to merge the rikimaru mod for sekiro with the rinnegan sharingan mod but it keeps overlaping other things (like putting sekiro's wig or the eyes are flickering)
and i saw you had made some characters your self (sasuke, itachi) and i was wondering how to only change the eyes cause i was trying to make a kakashi mod with rikimaru char in mind
I can do a tutorial on that soon just for you, how to change textures on eyes because you might not find the eyes textures on the internet. I also am planning a Kakashi set as well, so keep an eye out on my channel and here at NexusMOD and soon both the tutorial and the Kakashi set will be available here.
oh s#*! man thank you very much for even considering that cause i am trying to get into moding too and i would say this is a good starting point and il be watching your work from now on keep up the great work !!!! thank you again for all the help ure amazing
you just to put the sfx folder inside your mods folder in your game directory should look like this sekiro game directory > mods -> sfx -->> sfxbnd_commoneffects.ffxbnd.dcx -> Sound -->>main.fsb
