To use this mod:
* Install ModEngine2 https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2
* unzip mod files and put regulation.bin into your ModEngine2 mods directory.
To recreate this mod for later versions:
* Install Smithbox https://github.com/vawser/Smithbox
* Install UXM Unpacker https://github.com/Nordgaren/UXM-Selective-Unpack
* Install ModEngine2
* Open UXM Selective Unpack
* Unpack elden ring files
* Open smithbox (you may need to use LowRequirements version)
* Inside smithbox:
* Create a new project (save project outside of your game files)
* Open ParamEditor
* Select ShopLineupParam from parameter list
* Import CSV (Data > Import CSV > From File > All Fields)
* Select larvaltears.csv included in this mods downloads
* File > Save All Modified Parameters
* Load new regulation.bin
* Open your smithbox project directory
* Copy regulation.bin into ModEngine2 mod directory
* Run eldenring with launchmod_eldenring.bat from ModEngine2
