I always hated the fact that Zevran's gifts are so poor; so, I chose to update them to something that he would be happy wear. I also wanted to give him some armour that goes with his attitude.

A word of warning, the gloves method of updating is not the most elegant, but I have no idea how to get a smooth transition. If someone knows how to edit the transition from gift to item, I will update this mod and credit them accordingly.

Version 1.1 adds an optional download for only the upgrades to the gifts, for those who don't want to use the updated Admiral Coat for Zevran. You'll lose the set bonus, though.

Zevran is equipped with a modded version of Starrate's Admiral's Coat (called Zevran's Coat), with the following stats:

+2 Dexterity
+2 Cunning
+6 Defense
+5 Armour

The coat is inscribed leather despite being a clothing item, so provides a bit of protection.

Upgraded Dalish Gloves (now called Fine Dalish Gloves) have the following stats:

+2 Dexterity
+3% Range Critical Chance
+3% Melee Critical Chance

Its tier is set to inscribe leather.

(This will be found in the same chest as the gift Fine Dalish Gloves, the idea is to equip Zevran these after giving him his glove. I'm only a basic modder, so this was my clunky workaround)

Upgraded Antivan Leather Boots

+4% Spell Resistance
+10% Dodge
Lucky (with Dain's Fix get +2% Critical Change, +2% Spell Resistance, +2% Dodge)
Reduced Hostility (with Dain's Fix generate -0.5 threat per second)

Set bonus is that of leather (-5% fatigue)

All items restricted to Zevran

I didn't want to give him godly items, so I tried to aim somewhere between mid and high tier items.

Zevran will be equipped with the Admiral Coat whenever you meet him in the game. Starrate provides an equipment swap for Zevran during the Epilogue, so grab that one.

Optional

I wanted the frightened woman at the start of the initial Zevran encounter to wear pants from Shanamah's mod (Pants for Women at Dragon Age: Origins - mods and community (nexusmods.com)); so, this does that. I used the replacer version.
