Easy Dirt and Grass Changer

This mod allows you to easily pick up grass (the flat stuff, not the tall stuff) as seeds, either to quickly remove grass from an area or to move/rearrange it. Also, whether there is grass or not, you can swap around dirt between its two rocky variants (which differ by footstep sound) or back to dirt at will.

Dinkum Realism

Realism reshade because I cant stand the colors in this game. Drops about 10 FPS depending on hardware. Can configure sliders and turn off MXAO for more performance.

Edit Under Buildings And Everywhere

This mod allows you to edit the ground underneath placed buildings without having to move them, as well as under other things like trees and rocks. You can change the ground material, add/remove grass (including mowed), and add/remove paths. It will not change the height of the ground: Only what's on it.

Beam Me Up (Teleport Anywhere On The Map)

Bury Items Without Digging

This mod lets you plant items directly that normally require you to dig a hole, throw the item in, and replace the dirt. You still get milestone and daily task credit for planting them, but no credit for digging because you did not dig.

Smart Item Auto Pickup

Automatically picks up items on the ground, produced by machines, harvested, and more. Safer in multiplayer than alternatives. Leaves items alone if you drop them on purpose, so you can still plant stuff. Adjustable range (including infinite). Configurable blacklist of item types to not pick up.

Anti Trypophobia

Changes the fertilized dirt textures to avoid triggering people who have trypophobia

Move Rocks And A Whole Lot More

This mod allows you to non-destructively pick up and move many objects, such as rocks, ore deposits, trees, bushes, ferns, and tall grasses, and place them down outside anywhere they will fit without having to wait for them to regrow. You can even take stuff from the deep mine to redecorate your desert.

Part The Water As You Walk

This mod lets you temporarily remove water around you, so you can walk (and see, and do stuff) as if the water weren't there, and it lets you permanently remove water if you want to clear an area out.

Bugs And Fish Fit In Containers

This mod makes it so that bugs and fish are allowed to be placed into containers such as crates. There is no technical reason why this is not possible normally: It is simply a design decision.

Advanced Metal Detector

This mod adds advanced functionality to the metal detector that will scan the island for treasure (the range depending on a new license to purchase) and put an arrow above your character's head to point towards it as you move around while holding the metal detector.

Shops Sell Undiscovered Items

This mod forces shops that have random selections (like clothing and furniture, and Franklyn's recipes) to offer only items/recipes you have not unlocked yet, to make it easy to complete your collection. It also adds the Jackaroo hood and parts of the Jolly set, if you have not gotten them yet.

Peaceful Miner

Full functionality control of Miners Helmet battery and if mobs are aggressive, or spawn at all. Functions both in the overworld and Deep Mines based on preferences.

Simple Machine Automation

This mod allows you to put items in a crate that are next to "machines" (such as campfires, furnaces, stone grinders, etc.) and tell that crate to feed those items into the machines continually (until the crate empties out), so that you don't have to put items in by hand. You still get milestone and task credit for this.

Mine Stabiliser (Remove Late Radiation From Mines and Island Reef)

Improved Minimap

Show markers for nearby animals, add the name of the current biome below the minimap, change the minimap zoom level on the fly, and toggle the minimap with a hotkey.

Creature and Underground XRay

Creature and Underground XRay (Previously Museum & Ruby XRay) allows you to see where rubies are underground, where valued items are in chests underground and also what bugs/fishes/undersea creatures you still need to catch (if they are spawned on the map) as well as bugs that npcs have requested.

A simple mod that lets you set how easy fishing should be.

Craft from Storage

Makes all work tables (crafting stations, cooking tables, etc) use materials in any nearby chest along with your inventory. Also works in multiplayer (even if the host doesn't have it). It even works for crafting shops, such as Franklyn and Ted Selly.

Dinkum Better Vanilla

Keyboard Rebind

Allows you to rebind most keys with keyboard and shows the key prompts in game properly.

Value Tooltip

This is a UI mod for Dinkum, it will add a tooltip to items that display their value (how much you can sell them for).

AutoPickup

Automatically pickup items near you without needing to right click on it.

Time Management

Control the flow of time! Pauses time while the journal is open (or with a hotkey), allows you to set the speed at which time flows, and notifies you about owner's shop hours and days off.

Museum Tooltip

This is a simple mod that will tell you which items in your inventory have already been donated to the museum. It's a more efficient way of checking than going to the Pedia and finding the item.

INFINITE Wheelbarrow

Makes the wheelbarrow fully infinite, with the dirt type you take out being the same type as you last put into it. You can keep taking dirt out and it never empties, and you can also keep putting dirt in without it ever getting full!
