Configurable chance of animals to spawn as Alphas.

Gives Jackaroos, Crocos, and Bush Devils a chance to spawn as their Alpha variant, with an option to include Sharks as well.
Each time an animal is spawned in, a random chance is checked, and if successful, it will spawn as an Alpha instead.
The default chance is 1/100, or 1% for every animal spawned.
Animals that were saved fenced in, or spawn in an enclosed area, will not be affected.

- Sharks - Should sharks be able to spawn as alphas? [Default: false]
- Chance - 1/n chance for an alpha to spawn in place of it's standard variation. [Default: 100]
