Download and extract to any folder. Download the current version of EMU Light for Elden Ring LX.X.zip and extract it to the same folder.
You do not need to download this for every new version of EMU Light for Elden Ring LX.X.zip. -
Going forward use EMU Light for Elden Ring instead (it supports all DaS games):

Revisited the accidental kick prevention code. Dedicated roll brought to controllers (set the roll in the "settings" tab and your sprinting in "controller tab" as "dedSprint" or just ask in the posts section). Small changes to GUI and app behavior.

Fixed charged attacks. Rolled back the kick prevention code to less aggressive version. Fixed overlay buttons.

Rewrote the code fore dedicated rolls to eradicate rare errors. Added "Binds" tab into the "custom hotkeys" tab where players can make simple, yet speed optimized binds (one key will activate another key).

Revisited dedicated roll button code. The dedicated sprint button should now once again only perform sprint or backstep. It should now work even more reliable in variety of settings. Also updated the "reset spells and items after alt+tab" with new logic.

The "Dedicated sprint button" wont perform a backstep anymore. Added better profile switching support. I suggest remaking your profiles from scratch.

Extremely minor update for "Reset spells and items after atl-tab". It adds a delay to it of 1 second to give the game time after becoming the active window to accept the commands.

New attack and roll queue system made less invasive on player input. Looking for performance feedback, accidental kicks, delayed attack problems and overall feeling of the new code.

Completely rewritten code, simplified GUI and added a complete support for Controllers by emulating Mouse&Keyboard presses.
EMU is dead. Long live EMU Light. -

Adds the option to choose joystick. Copy into EMUL folder.

Added a picker for controller port (used to be always set to 1). If your controller does not work, try increasing that number. Added hotkeys for turning EMU on and off. Default is Page up for on and Page Down for off (how it always was).

Added a [HIDDENSETTINGS] category into the profile ini files (launch EMUL and press save for it to appear). This will be used for settings that are not shown in the GUI. First one added is "sprintBackstep=0".

Added backup functionality that if enabled, backups your game save every time you run EMUL. Holding "L" will now resynchronize your spells with the game. As will holding any quickcast hotkey.

Restored the functionality to "M" key (was blocked by the shortcut to quickly change attunement slots - it still works - Hold "M" and press a number in a number row). Also fixed this shortcut not changing the number in GUI.

Fixed a but that caused spells to not use global cast spell key when "Enable unique cast spell keys" was enabled and, but the the attunement slot did not have a unique cast spell key set.

EMUL executable that is not limited to Dark Souls window (once activated will work in every application). Place in the folder with the main EMUL executable.

Added "Rebind" functionality (accessible through top left menu "Rebinds". Lets you make your own binds. "Rebind X as Y" means that when you press X, it will press Y too.

- No change in code. Compiled with autohotkey version 1.1 instead of v2.0, which caused problem with controller buttons not launching press events.
