Why isn't v5 beta on here yet? Is he afraid of posting it outside of his discord? I have heard that there are alot of people who still cheat with v4 and v5 beta active. So much for making it so CE can't be used along side it. Make it so CE crashes every time you have the most updated version. Make it so NOTHING can be injected into the process from the host side [meaning the v4/v5 user]
Hello! I'm currently having better pvp experience with your mod. It's great mod, Thanks to you, but there's just one issue.
I summoned my friend as red phantom, who is using pyre v3. And my friend told me that I was on the cheater list, Although i've never cheated. There's no detail about what cheat am I using, and my stats showing fine. So I'm guessing my other mods triggered it?
I'm using Honest merchant, wex dust, and pyre v4. I've also replaced some armor's textures, but I don't think that can be the problem. Is v3 can't have compatibility with mods that I'm using?
I just find out this today, and I don't want to blocked by other players nor do I want to be considered as the cheater.
Absolutely not a bug, Pyre made it very clear he didnt want ppl using v3 as it lets you kick anyone, not just cheaters. If you're using v3, you will be getting flagged as a cheater
how could i add bad guys to the cheaterlist by myself? i met a cheater cheated in a session with me but he wasnt moved to the cheatlist file, the file is still empty.
BS doesn't ban you from online play, most of Pyre's features are considered malicious in nature like the effect rebound (sends data back to the host or other user) There are plenty of reason to not use Pyre v4 as it can't prevent the NG+ cheat and he refuses to put v5 beta on here, only on his discord server. Blue Sentinel will only localy block you form connecting to their world, but they can see what your profile is and decide to profile block you to prevent connections

Most of Pyre v4's features are considered malicious in nature so even the old anti-cheat watchdogs would still flag v3 and v4 players. Blue Sentinel on its own will not prevent online play or cause you to get the "you have been penalized" message which is only gotten by cheating. More than likely most people who flag you as malicious or cheating will end up blocking you through steam and not rely on the local blocklist Blue Sentinel has [which is removed at the end of the session]
this right here is the worst thing i have ever downloaded. i was going through an area with some friends. when an invader came and KICKED the summons whom the owner of the world summoned. i know people dont like getting ganked or whatever they feel. but an invader should not be able to kick the host's phantoms
If u are using PyreProtect and someone uses Blue Sentinel he can kick you out of the world.
Pyre anti cheat or more likley that feature that sends all information u receive back to the user, this detects blue sentinel anti cheat as a malicious mod and he can kick you for that. Just dont use Pyre Protect v4, on their discord server is the 5th Version.
Hey Pyre, could I see the source code for the overlay? I'd like to tweak the overlay to show player number as well steam name instead of what phantom type they are but the tool isn't open source. If it's not something you'd like to do that's fine I just like to see who's in the world with the overlay.
