We set out to be a part of change in the music industry from inside out. That means that not only is fan experience a core focus but so is thinking about support for artists, crews, and teams across the industry.   No one embodies what is possible with this movement more than one of our first partners The King DMC who has been sharing his own story of sobriety on stages, interviews, and boardrooms for years. His lived experience about working in the industry and the work he’s doing to make his own results more attainable for other artists has inspired us from day one.   Shattering the stigmas around recovery is impossible without organizations walking the walk to create a new standard of what support looks like. Live Nation Entertainment is paving the way with #SoberNation by creating space for conversations around sobriety, support for employees, more options for people in recovery, and representation throughout their organization to completely alter industry culture to create healthier and safer environments for everyone.   This week they teamed up to empower teams to think about how they can show up differently for themselves and each other to create a better future.
