I’d love to see Zendesk take advantage of its unique position and utilize AI for more conversational, generative, and predictive analysis. We’re already seeing versions of this in various parts of the platform (macro suggestions, messaging & Guide) but taking the extra step to really build out a conversational experience that provides on-demand insights into both ticket data and the context within those tickets would be revolutionary.
Great examples - we're only just beginning to scratch the service!
Impressive results we also saw drop in our first response times after implementing intent based responses using Zendesk AI. It would have been much better if Zendesk supported chatbot over email/api tickets too.
