Quantum Metric's "Lead Camp" has been transformative for me as a people leader. We kicked off the program roughly 8 weeks ago meeting virtually and last week, I got to spend time in person with my peers, all focused on early-stage leadership development, which was incredibly valuable. We honed practical skills like coaching, navigating difficult conversations, and fostering talent within our teams. The most surprising addition was improv 🎭 – stepping outside our comfort zones through improv exercises pushed us to think on our feet and listen with intent. It wasn't always easy (and sometimes a little scary), but embracing that discomfort is a powerful lesson for any leader. I'm particularly excited to apply these learnings in real-world situations to empower my team and deepen my relationships.
