Over the last few years I’ve seen posts from Pinterest on the black ERG and events, the culture and the benefits and it honestly seems like an amazing work culture. I love seeing that as a DEI leader. I’ve pinned 📌 pinterest as a company I would definitely want to be apart of in the future.

I am so inspired by reading about these companies who truly put people first! This is not about a cute catch phrase but culture shown through action. Cheers to everyone including Doniel who have implemented these policies for their employees 🎉🍾

That's wonderful to hear, Doniel! Could you share more about the specific benefits or initiatives at Pinterest that have been particularly well-received by employees during various family planning stages? How has feedback from employees influenced the evolution of these policies over time?
