I was honored to host the 64th Annual Employee Holiday program at Medtronic this week – the most important day on our company’s calendar. Teams from across the world gathered to listen to the impactful stories of five of our 74 million patients, highlighting the profound effects of our therapies. Together, we reflected on our Mission, emphasizing how each employee, regardless of their position, plays a crucial role in influencing a patient's life. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to all our guests and their families who participated in sharing their inspiring stories, and to all the Medtronic employees around the world who make it all possible. #MDTProud
