Apply now for the position of UX Design and Development Specialist, and you will be responsible for managing, programming, and approving all digital design and development projects for the Global Diagnostics Business and it’s respective websites.

Your role:

• You will work creatively and collaboratively with our internal digital design team & external stakeholders to manage, design, and execute digital projects from concept through completion.
• You will Govern and remain brand compliant for all deliverables across all lines of businesses.
• You will work in collaboration with colleagues, peers, stakeholders, external agencies and management to share knowledge and best practices.
• You maintain a solid understanding and implementation of web best practices, information design, usability, and user experience.
• You are a highly organized individual that maintains a high-level of project management for day-to-day deliverables; using MSExcel often.
• You maintain industry-standards in digital design, keeping on trend while exploring new techniques with software or related information.
  
  

Your expertise:

• Expert in digital design usability, user interface (UI), user accessibility, and user experience (UX) best practices.
• Must have extensive knowledge of digital design and programming, HTML, Sass/SCSS/CSS preprocessors, and JavaScript/jQuery and capabilities of web browsers.
• Experience in designing dynamic web pages (e.g. scrollytelling).
• Proficient in use of Figma for all digital design system layouts and Adobe creative suite as well as MS Office products especially MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, presentations skills and knowledge of PPT presentations.
• Deep knowledge of React JS is a plus.
  
  

This role is remote for candidates within travel distance of our Walpole, MA office. Travel may be required based on business need.

The pay range for this position is $91,000 - $115,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (8%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
