Key Requirements

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Consulting or Project Management related to Supply Chain.

Proven track record (6-10 years) in developing and implementing innovative Supply Chain solutions.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to conceptualize and evaluate complex situations to drive optimal solutions throughout the Supply Chain.

Experience in designing network structures, evaluating costs, service levels, and flexibility.

Proficiency in determining optimal facility locations, inventory levels, and transportation routes.

Strong capability in supporting Business Development Initiatives and facilitating facility design in coordination with Operations, IT Systems, Safety, and Quality.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, identify data needs, and conduct essential analyses.

Develop strategies and lead the design of Supply Chain solutions tailored to client organizations.

Drive the formulation and execution of efficient facility layouts and workflow processes.
