What are we looking for?

In this high-growth, execution-focused company, the Sales Operations, Americas will support our sales leaders and sales teams through process improvement, operational execution, and strategic operational and commercial guidance. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations Americas, this is an opportunity to partner closely with sales executives and senior leadership to help shape the growth trajectory of a fast-growing company and is preferred to be in East or Central Coast.


Key responsibilities of the Sales Operations, Americas

  • Support Checkmarx Sales Organization, focused on alignment to the regional Sales leaders and the support of their account executives and supporting teams
  • Work with Sales Leaders to manage a weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence for the key sales regions in Americas (forecast reviews, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, etc)
  • Create operational excellence through best practice sharing and process adoption across the sales organization
  • Operate as an agent of change, driving timely and effective communication to all cross-functional stakeholders
  • Make data driven recommendations to help improve productivity and performance, and provide actionable insights into the business
  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to improve collaboration and overall business process
  • Work as a trusted advisor to the Sales teams on commercial best practices and deal strategy, to align with internal guidelines
  • Work with Internal Business Operations team to help design new and improve current workflows and automation for the business
  • Driving business process, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives.
  • Quickly solve sales process pain points in the moment, while developing long-term solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies; develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges
  • Oversee governance of all Sales Policies across sales team; run routine audits to verify compliance at all levels
  • Own projects and successfully drive to completion
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and requirements
  • Develop and distribute reporting packages to measure key productivity measures for sales & marketing.
  • Communicate key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc., to groups within the sales and sales operations groups.
  • Provide day to day user support of our CRM platform – Salesforce
  • Manage CRM data integrity
  • Assist the sales team with ongoing analytical, administrative, and operational tasks
  • Manage records, sales reports, sales dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices


What is needed to succeed?

  • 4-5 Years of experience
  • The successful candidate has experience working in a global and complicated sales organization. This experience should include working with both inside and field sales organizations.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and present it to a variety of audiences in the most appropriate and user-friendly format.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience working with, supporting, and advising Sales and other cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Energetic, dedicated, and self-driven
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
