Responsibilities:

- Gather and organize client data and financial information

- Assist with financial plan preparation and presentation

 - Conduct research and analysis on various financial products and services

- Help with investment research and portfolio rebalancing

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Collaborate with advisors to ensure timely and effective client communication

- Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes

Requirements:

- Series 7 licensing (minimum)

- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial planning software and CRM systems
