SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to work with the Outpatient Services Administrator, Medical Group Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to align strategic direction for the Outpatient Department, Medical Group and Clinical Departments. Establish relationships with Clinical Department Chair?s and Operations Directors. Provide ongoing daily operational oversight in all areas of assigned responsibility to include clinical offices, clinical support services, and patient care areas. Manages capital, human and material resources. Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations. Participates in the decision-making process of the Outpatient department. Works with the Operations Director and Medical Director to identify and coordinate new and existing service opportunities within the PSHMG. Utilizes pertinent information and data in the development of policies, procedures and training to enhance service, quality and cost.

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum seven (7) years of related experience required.
- Minimum five (5) years of management experience required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
