Main Function Of The Position
Retain clients through servicing and management of client relationships both internally and externally. Collaborate with members of the department to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve client satisfaction, and support new business opportunities. This position is primarily responsible for assistance with service responses to client, reporting, data analytics, marketing, cost analysis, communication materials and compliance. Works closely with all department teammates to ensure presentation materials, day to day service needs and quoting for new prospects.
Essential Duties Include The Following
Request early renewal release and claims experience from carriers. -120 days prior to effective date on large group (over 100) and 90 days prior for small group (under 100) employees Note: No claims experience for Groups Create Renewal/New Group presentation pages Preparation of RFP for Producer Release RFP to selected Carriers after approval Follow-up, receive and review quotes received from Carriers Give all quotes and Marketing correspondence with Carriers to the Producing agent for determination of what plans and rates to utilize, or requoting needs Finalize Client Presentation with Producer Prepare excel spreadsheet of Contribution Analysis for appropriate risks based upon current and/or suggested schedule as directed by Producer

Essential Duties Include The Following
- Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages. Above average skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents
- Must be responsive to all emails. All emails should be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
- Drafting and constructing presentations, spreadsheets, binders as well as various Reports and Analysis as assigned accordingly
- Managing small accounts and their renewal process without a Consultant
- Other duties may be assigned
