Interim Chief Financial Officer

We are currently working with a mid-market Private Equity firm that currently own a Industrial Services firm.

They are looking for an interim CFO to lead the homogenisation of their cashflow forecasting processes, assist with acquisition integration and build out reporting procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with an industry specific PE firm with a large portfolio.

This suits an individual that has:

• Strong experience working with leveraged businesses and managing group cashflow
• Has been a CFO for >$150m revenue services business
• Can be available to start in 2 weeks or less
• Open to travelling on a hybrid basis
