MCAP is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing legal advocacy and mentorship to abused and neglected children in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Their mission is to end and prevent child abuse and neglect in Montgomery County through legal services, advocacy, and education. Established in 2004, MCAP offers children the ability to heal from horrific abuse with the help of pro-bono specially-trained lawyers. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for ensuring MCAP provides the highest quality of service and advocacy for child victims of abuse, neglect, and trafficking, providing a vision for the organization's growth and development, ensuring the agency's ongoing financial viability and monitoring, evaluating, and responding to environmental trends and changes.
