Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the senior living campus.
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, with a keen focus on maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and excellence.
Collaborate with the board of directors, stakeholders, and community partners to advance the mission and values of the organization.
Oversee capital improvement projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
Cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment that honors the religious beliefs and traditions of residents and staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare, senior living, or non-profit sector.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and revenue generation.
Demonstrated success in overseeing capital improvement projects, preferably within a senior living environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire trust.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to leadership, with a genuine commitment to serving seniors.
Comfortable working within a religious non-profit environment, with respect for diverse religious beliefs and practices.
