Social Capital Resources LLC. is a rapidly growing Staffing Firm, seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant!
Responsibilities:
Process all forms of payment including wires or checks for vendors, data entry, coding/allocating invoices to general ledger accounts
Assist with business development / marketing campaigns
Resolve all issues relating to accounts payable – i.e., work with vendors on research items, stop payments, vendor creation and maintenance
Work with vendors to resolve issues on a timely and professional basis
Maintain W-9 files which includes proactive follow-up with vendors
Create invoices
Create commission reports for employees
Prepare collection efforts for clients
Prepare and maintain IT and marketing channels
Manage office supplies and replenish as needed
Maintain a clean reception area, keeping marketing material stocked, and maintaining a professional office atmosphere
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail
Organize maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
0-2 years prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
Highly organized, with excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Excel and ADP
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to work in business development/sales
ACCOMMODATIONS:
