The Role:
Timely resolve service issues by collaborating with colleagues, carriers, and vendors to ensure overall client satisfaction
Review carrier invoices, complete audits, and manage enrollments, terminations, and coverage changes to ensure accurate billing
Review plan documents for accuracy, compile demographic and plan information, audit data, calculate payroll deductions, and assist with the RFP process for annual renewals
Assist with updating technology platforms for benefits enrollments, fulfill supply requests for open enrollment, and prepare materials for client meetings
Understand compliance topics, prepare and review necessary documents, maintain organized records, and participate in industry trainings while supporting other Account Managers as needed
