Employee Benefits Account Manager

Summer is heating up, and so are the employee benefits opportunities! A role as a benefits account manager is available!

The Role:

• Timely resolve service issues by collaborating with colleagues, carriers, and vendors to ensure overall client satisfaction
• Review carrier invoices, complete audits, and manage enrollments, terminations, and coverage changes to ensure accurate billing
• Review plan documents for accuracy, compile demographic and plan information, audit data, calculate payroll deductions, and assist with the RFP process for annual renewals
• Assist with updating technology platforms for benefits enrollments, fulfill supply requests for open enrollment, and prepare materials for client meetings
• Understand compliance topics, prepare and review necessary documents, maintain organized records, and participate in industry trainings while supporting other Account Managers as needed
