Essential Job Functions

  • Extract data from multiple disparate sources using state of the art methods and technology.
  • Assist in data preparation to create advanced statistical analyses and predictive models.
  • Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for advanced statistical analyses and predictive models.
  • Build analytic capabilities and predictive modeling using statistical techniques to resolve organizational challenges and uncover critical human capital insights.
  • Select features, build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to understand organizational needs and assist in development of advanced analytical solutions and plans.
  • Utilize statistical discoveries to assist in the creation of meaningful presentations, infographics, and white papers that tell a "story" focused on statistical insights, not just data.
  • Stay up to date with regards to latest advanced analytical and machine learning technologies.
  • Assist in the development of data visualizations that provide deeper workforce insight for senior leadership.
  • Support automation efforts to embed analytics into repeatable, production-oriented processes that can be incorporated into the organization’s workflow.

Education

Bachelors degree required; preferred areas of study Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics



Work Experience

3 years of related experience required:

  • Experience using R, Python or SAS for data analytics
  • Machine Learning Exp
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques & tools
  • Basic understanding of relational databases & relationships between tables
  • Experience delivering concise, actionable presentations and recommendations to key stakeholders

3 years of related experience preferred:

  • Experience designing, building and optimizing statistical models



Skills

Hard/Tech/Clinical Skills:

  • Knowledge of advanced analytical models and methodologies
  • Python, R or other relevant languages
  • Strong problem solving, multitasking and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills required
