Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise system migrations or integrations, specifically with CRM, ERP, or other business systems. Experience with transitions from in-house/legacy systems to SaaS models is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage complex business process changes.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and a strong customer service focus. Ability to effectively educate and support franchisees in adopting new platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
