Job Summary

The PaceMate Clinical Team Lead Loop Specialist will have the following responsibilities. In addition to Loop Specialist responsibilities, a Loop Clinical Team Lead is an extension of clinical leadership to guide clinical decision making for the team. The team leads assist with identifying needs for education and competencies while working with leadership to continue to build the overall Clinical services line, processes, offerings, and resources, as directed by leadership

Essential Functions

  • Assist with decision-making regarding transmission processing
  • and protocols
  • Assist with empowering the team through educational
  • resources
  • Manage and respond to the clinical notes left by all end users
  • Responsible for management of alert settings in the vendor
  • sites
  • Assist with peer interviews in the interview process
  • Assist with process development
  • Responsible for attending a minimum of one clinical team lead
  • call and three general team calls per month
  • Minimum of 2 case study presentations submitted per year
  • Maintain appropriate levels of current knowledge and the
  • ability to interpret, comprehend and apply departmental policies
  • Report pertinent information and assist with tasks to support
  • department operations

  • Assist in ensuring consistency in practices and PaceMate

Education, Training, And Experience Requirements

  • A qualified candidate must hold an undergraduate or Associate degree in Business Administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated exceptional relational and communication skills required.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining attention to detail required.
  • A demonstrated track record of following through on commitments and deadlines required.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills required.
  • Effective 7/1/2023, all new candidates must hold a current Senior
  • Cardiac Device Specialist role at PaceMate to apply from within.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates servant leadership, a patient-focus, and a team-oriented skillset
