CereCore is seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.

Summary

Location Address: 2545 Park Plaza, Building 3 Floor 1 Nashville, TN 37203

Shift(s) required: M-F (8 hours)

Clinical Data Analyst

• Consistently demonstrates appropriate, timely, thorough, reliable, and appropriately documented research and analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend practical solutions.
• Demonstrates curiosity and an overall inquisitive nature.
• Effective team member focused on the delivery of clearly defined tasks.
• Engages in productive discussion that builds relationships and trust.
• Supports stakeholder development through contributions to quality deliverables.
• Performs clinical data analysis, creates documentation of data issues and develops implementation strategies for improving data quality and data standardization.
• Coordinates information requirements from business partners, project teams and other teams to provide assessment of usefulness, reliability and cleanliness of data from various systems.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of the clinical data catalog.
• Ensures clinical data is presented in proper context within business requirements.
• Works with clinical source system teams to understand clinical data intent and derive data lineage across business functions.
• Participate in review of defects and data quality issues that are uncovered during the product lifecycle
• Document clinical data requirements and work with development team to translate these requirements into system requirement specifications.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Healthcare experience required; Analytics experience required
• 2-3 Years of experience Clinical Data Analysts Experience
• Proficient use of Windows 10, MS Office and other traditional software tools, BI Tools
