Summary:

This role reports directly to the CEO of the company, is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the Franchise Operations, Marketing and IT Teams for the company and the internal team. This position will grow the unit economics of our brand in a responsible manner, via clear strategies matching the stage of brand growth.

Responsibilities


  • The COO role serves to enthusiastically and positively lead our team to attain the vision set by the CEO as measured by quarterly and yearly goal sets as well as upholding our culture and subsequent values.
  • The COO is the integrator and amazing leadership skills are critical to this position’s success. Professionally holding the team accountable to the company’s goals is the most valuable final product.
  • Consultative and mentorship focused leadership is a must. The COO is therefore tasked with building additional leaders across all departments. The company achieves its goals by providing superior service to our franchisees. When they win, the company wins. Helping our franchisees hit their goals is the primary focus.
  • This person will work with the internal operations and marketing teams to maximize growth and unit level performance.
  • They will evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal and external operations.
  • They will inspire and lead staff to meet sales and organizational goals.
  • This person will supervise daily business and administrative activities while refining procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • They will guide and motivate employees to align with the management’s vision and develop policies that advance and support the company’s vision and culture.


Experience & Characteristics


  • 8+ years of successful franchise operations experience (OR extremely successful franchise operations experience of less than 8 years) (OR similar military experience)
  • A basic familiarity with the EOS (Traction by Wickman) system
  • Undergraduate degree required, master’s degree preferred, but waived with extremely successful operational leadership history
  • Excellent leadership skills as demonstrated by a history of leading teams to a high level of success in a positive, mentorship styled culture
  • A high-level interest in health, longevity and living an optimized lifestyle


Compensation: $200,000.00 – $235,000.00 per year
