Based in Jakarta, the Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing key relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new market segments and expansion opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, continuously identifying opportunities for collaboration
Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
LOCATION: Hybrid/ Remote. Headoffice is located in Framingham, Michigan
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry
Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
