Job Duties{{:}}
Lead and work with crew members performing building erection of our pre-engineered/conventional metal and wood framed buildings
Lead 4-5 crew members in daily duties and assist in training of new members
Work with project management team to ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment are on site to meet the project deadlines
Work with subcontractors to coordinate schedules and work areas
Monitor quality control and safety standards for Keller employees and subcontractors
Keep supervisor informed with job progress
Complete daily paperwork such as daily reports, timecards, and quality control sheets
Maintain a safe work environment for all members on the job site
Skills & Abilities{{:}}
Minimum 5 years construction experience (Preferred)
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Comfortable with heights
Great Leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel typically within WI
Ability to lift heavy objects (0-80lbs from ground to waist level, 0-50lbs from to shoulder level)
Ability to walk, and stand for long periods of time while performing physical labor
Ability to operate tools and equipment
Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
