Job Description
As Business Development Manager for the Export Zone, the main objective is to identify and penetrate new geographic markets in Latin America, Middle East-Africa, and Asia through our current partners or by acquiring new high-potential partners to enable this opportunity.
In addition, emphasis will be placed on fostering long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth. The position requires knowledge of the export market and innovative approaches to discover new business opportunities and maximize export potential.
There is no current baseline in this role, all opportunities will be developed.
Responsabilities:
Define commercial plan, analyse performance, and execute action plan to achieve targets
Prospecting for potential new customers to address white space opportunities.
Adjust monthly volume estimation (forecast) by category/client following commercial/promotional plans. Participate in Commercial & S&OP meetings to align targets and contingency plans
Review Sell Out and Sell In of direct customers and compare according to plan to suggest and influence customer to achieve organization’s target
Guarantee Service Level in main accounts following up Purchase Orders, returns, cuts, claims and shortages
Ensure Customer set up and contract management processes are always adequate. Guard and ensure sales excellence programs guidelines to be fully followed and executed
Price Management, Control of Investment (Deal and Allowances) budget and ensuring company’s policy compliance
Knowledge & Experience:
Fluent in Spanish & English
Experience in the exports market, Commercial Strategy and Execution 4+ years.
Experience related to global exports customers 4+ years.
