Role:


JoVE is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team and help drive sales efforts in the K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to learn and grow within our organization. This role involves building relationships with school administrators, teachers, and influencers to promote and sell our JoVE products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential customers within the K-12 education sector.
  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to generate leads and set up meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward goals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our brand.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.


Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of K12 sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interest in the education sector and a passion for improving K-12 education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and conferences.
