Our client is a financial services firm. They seek an Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare journal entries in QuickBooks
  • Answer the phone and take messages
  • Order and restock office supplies
  • Reserve conference room for meetings
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Sit up front at the Reception Desk as needed
  • Coordinate travel and entertainment as needed
  • Send and receive correspondence
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Skilled in Excel and Quickbooks
