Our client is a financial services firm. They seek an Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries in QuickBooks
- Answer the phone and take messages
- Order and restock office supplies
- Reserve conference room for meetings
- Manage calendars and appointments
- Sit up front at the Reception Desk as needed
- Coordinate travel and entertainment as needed
- Send and receive correspondence
- Complete ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Skilled in Excel and Quickbooks
