Account Executive:
Zeektek is seeking an outgoing and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with a company and make a real impact. Preferred location is remote in California (Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, or San Francisco).
The Account Executive will support the business development process as well as manage client accounts brought in.
Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders and appropriately match candidates to meet client needs and expectations
Determine pricing to meet or exceed pricing guidelines while maintaining a competitive level in the marketplace
Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control and development of new business
Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract candidates
Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with prospective candidates
Accurately maintain applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
Develop lead lists, do research on potential clients, and update information on current clients
Requirements
2-5 years of technical staffing agency experience with proven track record
Documented, successful attainment of previously established goals
Ability to successfully interface with clients (both internal and external)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record in client development and revenue generation
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Expected 10% travel with training period onsite in Sacramento, CA
