We are thrilled to announce that Workbar made the Inc. Magazine Best Workplaces 2024! Cue the duck boats, again! Here's what our CEO Sarah Travers has to say! “In 2022, we embarked on a journey to become an employer of choice, aiming to create a workplace where employees feel they are part of something greater than themselves. This achievement demonstrates that a business can achieve high satisfaction rates without solely relying on remote work. We treat our employees as individuals and prioritize their holistic well-being to ensure happiness and value.”

We love seeing people taking advantage of our regional model to maximize their efficiency and cut their commute. The endorsements aren't the worst, either 😉 Thanks John Short and Compound Growth Marketing!
The future of work is co-working. Today, I had a meeting north of the city near Woburn so I went to the Woburn Workbar. Then, on my way home, I was stuck in traffic so went to the Quincy Workbar (which is quickly becoming my favorite location. I can’t overstate how convenient it is for me whether I’m in the city, west of the city, north or south, there is usually a location within 15 minutes for me. I struggle with other co-working because its typically focused just in cities (like WeWork), or they don’t have enough locations. I know this may sound like an ad for Workbar, its not. It is, I suppose an endorsement as I really like them, but not everyone is in Boston. If you are out and meeting people often in Boston, I highly recommend Workbar, the locations have a better layout than other co-working and their geographic network is perfect. If you’re outside of Boston, I’d look for something similar or hope Workbar comes.
