#Energy storage adoption is rising. ☀ In the last three months alone, approximately 70% of all Southern California Edison (SCE) residential #solar applications included storage. With its ability to help lower bills and maintain power in emergencies, Rene Valencia, SCE’s manager of Customer Generation Incentive Programs, agrees that battery storage is the future of clean energy: “Investing in a battery storage system gives customers the ability to keep and use more of their self-generated energy that would otherwise be sent back to the grid,” he said in the Energized story below, “ultimately keeping their bills lower.” See the full article by Lynnette Round: https://lnkd.in/gqRgxTdT
